Villainous Reason You Might Like My Book

I just wanted to share another reason why you might like my book Zheph Skyre; The Flame Ignites.

There have been quite a few stories in today's popular culture that had forgettable villians. They have been pladgued with weak motives, barely a presence, and don't prove big enough of a challenge to the hero of the narrative. There are some exceptions that have been truely gripping, like Health Ledger's unhinged portrayle of Batman's Joker in Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight, or Harry Lloyd's cool and calculating Viktor from the Netflix series Arcane; League of Legends. They may not always be the characters we root for, but they certainly leave an impression, and the audience desires more. I am confident I have conceptualized such a villian.

If you would like to read a story with a confident, charismatic antagonist, than you will love my book. There are a few different monsters and fiends that the protagonists must face, but the main threat is something far more diabolical. Sure, a villian could simply kill the hero if they are written to be such an overwelming force, but where is the fun in that? Why not have a villian who likes to have fun, and sees the positive in every possibility?

Another aspect of a good villian is to keep them mysterious for most of the narrative. There is no need to spoil too much about them too quickly. I am eagar to share so much more about this character, but it will have to wait.
