Genesis Fund Raiser 2013

I went to the Genesis Club's 25th Year Fund Raiser tonight. I got a ton of video footage that will air on WCCA TV13 including a few interviews, had some really tasty food, and had my artwork on display. I don't know if my particular piece sold, but I at least handed out a few business cards. All in all, I had a good time.

This was the piece I had on display, my water dragons, in metal and in a frame. I know a lot of people looked at it, but I don't think anyone bought it. The only artwork that was sold were photographs that were much cheaper. I might have to consider something along those lines if I do this again.

My Etsy Store

Yeah, I ended up just adding the ice blade to one of my dragons right before I redeemed my Groupon to have it on a gallery wrapped canvas and shipped to my address. So far I have set this up in a small shop on Etsy, but this is only one of two items it has so far. I will see if I can sell my chocolates in my store.

I have also been trying to redo my web-comic and work on the next 11 second animation. Both will be impressive when I get them done. The 11 Second animation will be done before the end of this month. The web-comic will be out shortly after that, and up above is the sketch for the title page so far...

Water Dragons: Post Final

Here are two water dragons from my Zheph Skyre series. I am not entirely sure if I completely finished with this illustration. I am thinking of putting more bubbles in the water and I am thinking of putting more ice on various parts on the body of the evil water dragon. Feel free to leave me any feedback about this piece. I will have this and my Wind Dragon piece available on my webpage to view and on Etsy. I will have various types of prints made for each piece.

Water Dragons 2

Here is a drawing of two water dragons I drew. I began to color them in Photoshop and already they are beginning to look awesome!

For their full bodies I wanted them to be underwater creatures, but I wanted to keep wings of some sort on them. That way, they can at least fly a little bit when they come out of the water and they won't appear too much like the Loch Ness Monster.

Water Dragons

Here are some early sketches of 2 different types of Water Dragons. One is based on a shark and a swordfish. The other is based on a dolphin and a squid. I am planning to paint a picture in Photoshop with these two dragons in it. Again, these will be in the Zheph series.
