Carina Nebula

At the Worcester Art Museum there is a new photographic piece in the Jeppson Idea Lab done by Micheal Benson of the Carina Nebula. This picture was taken by the Hubble Space Telescope.

In reality, the space telescope took these pictures in black and white because these space clouds, stars, radiation, and various other things within this nebula are not visible to the human eye spectrum. Benson had to edit the original images in order to show how people might view this section of space.

I highly recommend checking it out.
